BEFORE submitting a bug report, please make sure that you are using the latest version of ClinicOffice (click TOOLS | CHECK FOR UPDATES).
The most important thing is to let us know steps to take so that we can reproduce the problem here. It is also helpful to state which version of Windows you're using (e.g. XP or Vista) and also which edition of ClinicOffice you're using (e.g. Startup / Professional / Server).
Following these guidelines will help us to identify and fix problems as quickly as possible!
