Appointment Diary printing

We need to print out appointments for each day. By using the form designer from the print preview view we have been able to print out 13 hours of appointments each day (by using the from and to time on the Print Style tab) but any days longer than this appointments are displayed differently at the bottom of the page. I am also unable to spread the report over 2 pages or shrink to fit 1 page again if the appointments are more than 13 hours in a day. How can we print all appointments on a given day over a period more than 13 hours on a sigle sheet or on 2 sheets? Thanks Steve

The Diary Print facility is undergoing review for the release of ClinicOffice 2007.
There are two ways you can do this print out.

1. Click on print diary then press the CTRL+D button to go to the design#
Go accross to the Print Styles tab and in the times at the bottom just print
the morning (08:00 - 12:00) then go through the process again to print the
aftenoon (01:00 - 20:00) this will print all the information correctly for you.

2. Click on the Reports and templates button and choose the appointment
list report. choose today in the 'Start Is' Field and press ok. This will
bring up the ClinicOffice word processor that you can print from.

I hope this helps a little. Feel assured that we will have implimented an
easier way of printing the diary in ClinicOffice 2007
